Offering a $7,500 Sign-On Bonus (restrictions apply)!

• CDL Rear Load Drivers service customers by collecting and hauling waste or recycling materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
  
• Operate various trucks safely, maneuvering in congested or confined areas, and perform repetitive physical tasks, lifting 40-50 pound containers up to 500 times daily.
  
• Work in all weather conditions, including cold, rain, snow, and heat.
  
• Responsibilities include completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, maintaining route logs, and providing professional customer interactions.
  
• Must have a valid Class B CDL, DOT Medical Card, and meet driving record requirements.
  
• Requires physical stamina, good driving skills, map reading ability, and effective communication.
  
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays, with exposure to high traffic and waste environments.
  
• Preferred experience in the waste industry and a high school diploma or equivalent.
