Summary:

We are seeking a part-time Technical Recruiter to support our fast-paced hiring needs, with the potential for increased hours as required. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-growth, high-urgency environments and can quickly adapt to shifting priorities. You will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and securing top talent for technical and strategic roles across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Full-cycle recruitment for technical and strategic roles, from sourcing to offer stage
2. Quick resume turnaround and ability to pivot based on evolving hiring priorities
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
4. Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, networking, referrals, job boards) to identify top talent
5. Screen and assess candidates for both technical skills and cultural fit
6. Manage multiple requisitions at a time while maintaining a high level of organization and communication
7. Navigate ambiguity in job requirements, adjusting sourcing strategies as needed
8. Provide timely updates to stakeholders and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in technical recruiting , ideally in a fast-paced environment
2. Strong ability to source, screen, and engage candidates quickly
3. Comfortable with shifting priorities and adjusting hiring strategies on the fly
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills
5. Experience working remotely and managing time effectively
6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
7. Ability to start ASAP and work flexible hours based on hiring demand

Location : United States (Remote, PST preferred)

Role type: Contract 6 Month Position

Expected hours : 25-30 hours per week

• Monday to Friday (Extended schedule as needed Saturday-Sunday)
