Amazon Flex is powered by a mobile app that works in concert with our advanced systems, allowing partners to sign in, grab an offer for a time, check out a map of the location, and more.
The Amazon Flex Driver Experience team is looking for a dynamic and experienced Program Manager, Driver Experience to join us to help answer questions, like: How do you improve the experience of drivers through product, and program interventions? What innovative products, and strategies will help solve their pain points? How to substantiate those pain-points through in-depth dive deep and secure leadership alignment. This role will require working with program, and tech teams across the world to define, prioritize and deliver key enhancements to our existing processes, and products.
Key job responsibilities
- Defining a data-driven product vision, developing business cases and requirements, and prioritizing competing opportunities.
- Partnering with other teams across Transportation to identify and influence development of new products and services.
- Understanding customer (internal and external) needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations, and working with business, Public Relations, Legal and tech teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Anticipating bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making tradeoffs, and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
- Collaborating with global stakeholders in other regions to define requirements that support international use cases.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
