Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their legal team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow within a dynamic legal environment and gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and file legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
  • Assist in case management, including maintaining and organizing files, exhibits, and discovery documents.
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation, deposition summaries, and court filings.
  • Draft routine legal correspondence and client communications.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and third-party vendors as needed.
  • Manage calendars, deadlines, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance with legal procedures.
  • Review and summarize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Assist with compliance matters and internal audits as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certification or equivalent experience in a legal environment.
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal procedures, terminology, and documentation standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with attorneys, clients, and external partners.
