Title: Medical Front Desk

Position Summary : We're seeking a caring, detail-oriented professional to foster a friendly atmosphere and ensure efficient office operations. This position involves welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and keeping patient records up-to-date. As the initial point of contact, you'll deliver outstanding customer service, assist with patient flow, and contribute to enhancing patient experiences, all while adhering to healthcare standards and regulations. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.

Day to Day:

• Greet patients, check them in, and manage appointment scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient patient flow.
• Answer phone calls, address patient inquiries, verify insurance information, and update patient records accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with forms, ensuring confidentiality, and supporting overall office operations.

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills / EPIC experience prefered
• Customer Service Experience
• Passion for Healthcare
