Property Details: The Gateway has 1254 units and is located in San Francisco, CA

Schedule : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Target Pay: $30.10 per hour + eligible for discretionary bonus

Role Overview: The Leasing and Experience Manager acts as a consistent and inspiring motivator who provides encouragement and support while identifying opportunities for both individual members and the collective team. To ensure exemplary performance from the team, a Leasing & Experience Manager will work with leadership to establish specific training curricula, provide bottom-to-top leadership, and identify supplemental opportunities to optimize the abilities of all leasing team associates. A Leasing & Experience Manager builds and drives exemplary customer service and outstanding sales skills for our associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onsite employee experience, including onboarding and development training.
• Train, coach, and mentor in sales strategy, customer service, and property operations.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leases.
• Establish and monitor individual and team leasing goals.
• Greet prospects, determine needs, and present community amenities.
• Process lease applications promptly and accurately.
• Conduct market surveys and competitive property research.
• Assist with resident move-in processes and lease paperwork.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to create memorable customer experiences.
• Serve as liaison between residents, service team, and management.
• Lead the team in maintaining standard operating procedures.
• Review leasing reports and set goals based on community statistics.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of lease paperwork.
• Attend and ensure team compliance with all required training.
• Identify and address operational gaps in people, product, and performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in residential leasing.
• Valid drivers license for operating community vehicles and/or golf carts.
• Strong customer service experience.
