Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 (DOE) + Training + Career Progression + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Tampa, FL (Commutable from: St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Lutz, Brandon, Plant City, Ruskin, Land O’ Lakes, New Port Richey, Wesley Chapel, Dade City)

In this role you will be responsible for the full design process, from concept through delivery, collaborating with engineers, stakeholders, and municipalities to shape high-quality spaces. You’ll also be supported with structured career development, access to mentoring, and internal reviews to help you achieve certifications and your career goals.

This role would suit a Land Planner / Landscape Architect looking to shape the future of Florida's infrastructure, grow within a supportive team, and take the next step in a rewarding, long-term career.

The Role:

• Design site plans, renderings, and layouts
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on public and private space developments
• Assist with due diligence, permiting and inspections

The Person:

• Landscape Architecture experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD or Land F/X
• Strong communication and coordination skills
