About the Role
Join the frontline of AT&T’s customer acquisition strategy through Smooth Vision Industries, where we bring premium telecom and internet solutions directly to the community. As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll represent AT&T with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset—delivering unbeatable offers and building lasting customer relationships.
You’ll engage residential customers face-to-face with AT&T’s latest promotions and service bundles. You’ll present offers with confidence, clarity, and charisma—no scripts, just real conversations. You’ll build rapport quickly and overcome objections with persuasive communication. You’ll track leads, follow up, and close deals in assigned territories. You’ll represent the AT&T brand with integrity and energy, and collaborate with your team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Requirements Requirements No prior experience is required—just a winning attitude and willingness to learn. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be comfortable with outdoor canvassing and walking for extended periods, and be able to work independently and as part of a high-energy team. We’re looking for coachable, goal-oriented individuals who are resilient in the face of rejection. You must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
