Apartment Leasing Consultant – Affordable Housing
Location: New Richmond, WI
Pay: $18–19/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are hiring a Leasing Consultant to support a 52-unit affordable housing community in New Richmond, WI. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to handle both administrative and resident-facing responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide excellent customer service
Provide office coverage, take messages, and submit work orders
Assist with leasing when needed, including tours and application processing
Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records
Problem-solve and handle challenging situations with professionalism
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable multitasking in a busy office setting
Ability to work independently and within a team
Affordable housing or leasing experience preferred, but not required
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role offering a steady schedule and the chance to be part of a supportive property management team.
